We want to thank everybody for their patience since May 18th, when we had a small fire that displaced us from our building. Our technicians worked without complaining while dealing with difficult circumstances. We utilized space in the rear building, cramming in tools and equipment and they often worked outside, under tents and persevering through inclement weather and fluctuating temperatures. The office staff worked diligently, orchestrating scheduled appointments and squeezing in emergencies, trying their best to accommodate everyone while working out of a trailer and coordinating service and repairs without 4 service bays and 3 lifts. Together, working as a team, they managed to accommodate and satisfy our loyal, patient and caring clients. We really appreciate your patience and understanding. We received so many gestures of support, from telephone calls, food and hugs that literally wrapped our hearts with affection. We will always appreciate the deep caring that was shown to us. We also want to express our gratitude to our colleagues, other local repair shops, who offered assistance, space, and were genuinely caring and empathetic. Lastly, we also owe a debt of gratitude to Jason Gale with Advanced Restoration Group (ARG) here from Easthampton. Jason, Bryan and their team were wonderful to work with. They cleared out debris, replaced ceilings and walls in the bays, replaced electrical and plumbing service, replaced garage doors, front siding, carpeting, cabinets, appliances, bathroom fixtures and flooring. The place looks great!!! Everything went smoothly and there is nothing that we would do differently. Our shop looks better than ever, thank you ARG.
