Essential Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, employees and vendors.
- Schedule service work and follow up with customers regarding upcoming service needs.
- Track daily hours with monthly goals in mind; drive hours by making sure that technicians are aware of goals
- Manage schedule with attention to maximizing shop efficiency.
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates when scheduling appointments and discussing the vehicle repairs.
- Provide accurate and honest information to the customers on the care of their vehicles, providing options and recommendations.
- Ensure that customer complaints are handled tactfully, promptly, with genuine concern.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Strive for harmony and teamwork with technicians, owners and all office staff.
- Coordinate activities to ensure repair is fixed during the first visit, on time and within estimate given.
- Identify ways to improve customer service and service operations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
